Market Intelligence is where we publish original analysis of the real estate markets Atoriz tracks. It is written for people who have to act on what a market is doing — investors deciding where to look next, operators deciding whether a renovation still pencils, and teams deciding how to allocate across a portfolio.
The work here goes past generic summaries. A median price moving is not, on its own, useful; what matters is what is underneath it, which segments are moving in different directions, and what that means for the kind of property you actually buy. We are interested in the mechanism, not the headline.
Every piece in this category is grounded in data we can show. Where we are uncertain, we say so, and we would rather publish a narrower claim we can defend than a broad one we cannot. Data should reduce uncertainty — not hide it behind a confident-looking number.
