No. Renovation planning is one part of Atoriz. The wider platform connects property discovery and analysis, renovation planning and project execution so decisions can move through the entire lifecycle.
Who is Atoriz designed for?
Atoriz is primarily designed for real estate investors, property operators, house flippers, investment teams and professionals involved in evaluating, planning and executing property projects.
Do I need to use every Atoriz product?
No. Users can start with the Atoriz capability that fits the decision they need to make and expand into other parts of the ecosystem as their workflow develops.
What are the workflow bundles?
Evaluate includes Recon plus the Estimator. Execute includes Scope plus OPS. Atoriz Complete includes Recon, the Estimator, and OPS.
Do individual plans include a trial?
Yes. Individual self-serve packages include a 7-day trial.
How are overages billed?
Overages are billed monthly as postpaid metered usage after the included allowance. The billing flow shows the exact package allowances before checkout.
Is my data visible to other customers?
No. Customer workspace data is private to the account and authorized users. Atoriz does not share a customer's private pipeline, project records, photos, or documents with other customers.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Signed-in users can open account deletion from the account area. The portal asks for confirmation before deleting the account.
Where can I read the terms and privacy policy?
