Atoriz connector for AI assistants (MCP)
Use your Atoriz account from Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. The connector gives an assistant tools to read deals and markets, start and follow workups, and look up estimates, using the products your account already has.
Last updated: November 5, 2026.
What it is for
The connector is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Atoriz. An assistant you already use can call it on your behalf to screen a market, underwrite an address, start a workup on a house and read its result, or read an existing Recon estimate. You sign in with your Atoriz account, and the assistant sees only the tools your account's products grant.
No tool moves money. Figures are screens and estimates, not appraisals, offers or advice. Approving a budget and publishing documents stay with the account owner: approval happens in Recon, and publishing needs the owner's explicit confirmation.
Connect
Server address (streamable HTTP, OAuth sign-in): https://mcp.atoriz.com/v1/mcp
Claude
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
- Enter the server address above and save.
- Choose Connect. A sign-in page opens; sign in with your Atoriz account and approve access.
- In a chat, enable the Atoriz connector and ask a question.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open the settings for apps and connectors and add a custom MCP connector with the server address above. Availability of custom connectors depends on your ChatGPT plan and workspace settings.
- Choose OAuth when asked for authentication and sign in with your Atoriz account.
Gemini
Gemini has no public connector directory. Where your Gemini plan or Gemini Enterprise workspace lets an administrator add a custom MCP server, enter the same server address and sign in with your Atoriz account. Steps differ by plan and change over time; use Google's current documentation for the exact menu names.
Atoriz does not ask for a password inside the assistant. Sign-in happens on an Atoriz page, and you can disconnect at any time from the assistant's connector settings.
Which package gets which tools
Tool access follows the products in your package. Your assistant shows only the tools your account holds.
| Package | Deal tools | Scope tools | OPS tools |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recon, Intelligence | Yes | No | No |
| Scope, Estimator | No | Yes | No |
| OPS | No | No | Yes |
| Evaluate (Recon, Estimator, Intelligence) | Yes | Yes | No |
| Execute (Scope, OPS) | No | Yes | Yes |
| Complete, Custom Business | Yes | Yes | Yes |
Deal tools are the deal board, market screen, underwriting, margin check, deal scout and deal packages. Scope tools are the renovation scope schema, listing photos, walkthrough scope and brief, and workups. OPS tools are the field-day tools (briefs, claims, time, handoffs). Business versions of a package hold the same tools. Estimation-case tools and the site ledger are available to named accounts only.
New to Atoriz? Signing in from the assistant creates your workspace and offers a free 7-day trial with no card, or a subscription, right on the sign-in page.
Tools
Tool names start with phoenix., the platform's internal name. "Read only" tools change nothing. "Writes" tools change something in your Atoriz account, as their descriptions say. Your assistant lists the tools your account can use; products you do not have do not appear.
Deals and markets
Reads the active deal board, a market screen and an address's first look. Nothing here moves money. Every figure is an advisory screen, not a verdict.
| Tool | Title | Kind |
|---|---|---|
phoenix.deal_feed | List a market's active deal candidates | Read only |
phoenix.deal_underwrite | Underwrite an address | Read only |
phoenix.margin_check | Check a deal's margin | Read only |
phoenix.market_screen | Screen a market's deals | Read only |
phoenix.markets | List the deal board's markets | Read only |
phoenix.health | Check what the gateway can do right now | Read only |
phoenix.deal_scout | Scout a property from the road | Read only |
phoenix.listing_photos | Find a listing's photos | Read only |
phoenix.scope_schema | Get the renovation scope schema | Read only |
Workups (long-running)
A workup is a full background analysis of one house. You start it, then follow it with workup_status. It takes several minutes. Edits create a new revision. Publishing makes documents readable by anyone with the link and needs an explicit accept_disclosure. Budget approval is not available here: it is a person's signature in Recon.
| Tool | Title | Kind |
|---|---|---|
phoenix.workup_start | Start a Sarge workup | Writes |
phoenix.workup_status | Check a workup and read its packet | Read only |
phoenix.workup_edit | Edit a workup | Writes |
phoenix.workup_publish | Publish a workup's documents by link | Writes |
phoenix.workup_list | List my workups | Read only |
phoenix.workup_cancel | Cancel a workup | Writes |
Deal packages (long-running)
A deal package is SNIPER's full underwriting of one address, the same package Recon builds: ARV with its interval, comparable sales, condition, rehab, offer tiers, flip, rental and BRRRR returns, five named risks and a reviewer's verdict. It takes 6 to 13 minutes: you start it, then follow it with deal_package_status (clients that support MCP Tasks get a task handle instead). It is an advisory underwriting, not the estimator's case verdict, and nothing in it moves money. Limits: 2 active and 5 started per day.
| Tool | Title | Kind |
|---|---|---|
phoenix.deal_package_start | Start a deal package | Writes |
phoenix.deal_package_status | Check a deal package | Read only |
phoenix.deal_package_cancel | Cancel a deal package | Writes |

What the tools touch
- Deals and markets: the Atoriz deal board for the market you name, and the address you give. The only record written is an event noting that a screen ran.
- Workups: the address, market, any video link or listing page link you provide, and a case in the estimator under your account. The workup is stored as a job in the gateway, visible only to you.
- Listing photos: when no video is given, listing photos are found and referenced by their source URL. Their stored bytes are released 72 hours after the workup finishes, and the record keeps the URL.
- Walkthrough video: video you uploaded to Atoriz, which the tool reads to draft a scope or brief.
- Field tools: sites assigned to the signed-in worker. Proposals are recorded as events for the office to review.
Long-running jobs
A workup starts in the background and the start call returns at once with a workup_id. Call phoenix.workup_status with that id to see its stage and, when it finishes, its packet. phoenix.workup_list lists your workups, and phoenix.workup_cancel stops one you no longer need, which frees its slot at once. A workup runs for several minutes.
Deal packages are also long-running: you start one, receive an id, and check its status until it finishes.
A workup can stop as blocked. The status says why, in the estimator's own words, and what you can do: confirm that listing photos show the house as it is now, choose whether to apply an analysis draft over a protected plan, or resolve two open cases for the same property. Only you can confirm listing photos; the assistant is told to take that from your own words.
Limits
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Calls per signed-in assistant | 120 per minute, 5,000 per day |
| Workups | 2 unfinished at a time, 10 starts per day |
| Deal packages | 2 unfinished at a time, 5 starts per day |
| Listing photo bytes | Released 72 hours after a workup finishes |
A call over a limit is refused with the numbers. The estimator also has its own daily model-spend caps, and a workup that hits one stops with that message.
Troubleshooting
- Sign-in loops or returns to the connector page: disconnect the connector, close the sign-in tab, and connect again. Check that you are signed in to the Atoriz account that has the products you expect, and that your browser lets the sign-in page open.
- A tool is missing: your account's products decide which tools appear. Workups are available only where they are turned on for the environment.
not_foundversus refused:not_foundmeans the id, address or case does not exist for you, including when it belongs to someone else. A refusal means the request was understood but is not allowed or is missing something; the message says what to fix.- A 425 "busy" answer: the workup is running or another edit is in progress. Wait a moment and retry.
- A blocked workup: read the
blockingfield inphoenix.workup_status. It names the choice and the tool call that resumes the workup. - Demo data: if a result says
is_fixtureis true, it is built-in demo data and not a live listing.
