Atoriz terms
These terms govern access to Atoriz websites, applications, subscriptions, trials, and account services unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Accounts and authority
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the activity in your workspace, and the users you invite. Organization administrators control billing, users, product access, and subscription changes for their workspace.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid self-serve subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Individual packages may include a 7-day trial before paid subscription selection. Business packages include 10 users and move to sales review above 10 users. Annual plans are billed once a year. Usage beyond included allowances may be billed monthly as postpaid metered usage.
Customer content
You keep ownership of the project records, property information, notes, documents, photos, and other content you add to Atoriz. You give Atoriz permission to process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the services for your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Atoriz, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload content you do not have rights to use, or use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
Decision support
Atoriz provides software and information to support property, renovation, and project decisions. It does not replace underwriting, inspection, appraisal, legal review, contracting, code compliance, or professional judgment. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
Cancellation and account deletion
Account administrators can manage subscriptions through Atoriz billing and the Stripe billing portal. Signed-in users can request account deletion from the account area. Deletion may remove access to workspace records and does not erase billing, security, or legal records Atoriz must retain.
Changes
Atoriz may update features, pricing, usage allowances, coverage, and these terms over time. Material changes are reflected on this page or in the product experience.
