Market coverage
Atoriz is built around market-level data quality. Coverage can vary by product, geography, source availability, and the depth required for a customer's workflow.
What coverage means
Market coverage means Atoriz has enough relevant property, pricing, or workflow context to support the product being used. A market can be strong for one workflow and still need review for another.
Recon coverage
Recon depends on property and market data availability. Availability, freshness, parcel depth, comparable context, and search behavior can vary by market, so Atoriz confirms target geography during onboarding or custom sales review.
Scope and Estimator coverage
Scope and the Estimator depend on component pricing, assumptions, and market context. If a market does not have enough calibrated data, Atoriz should show lower confidence and rely more heavily on customer-provided assumptions.
OPS coverage
OPS is less dependent on public market data because it manages customer project execution. Local code, permitting, vendor, and field conditions still affect project decisions and should be verified by the team responsible for the work.
Requesting a market
Customers can request coverage review for a target market, portfolio, or operating region. Custom Business plans can include market setup, data review, onboarding, and integration planning.
Coverage caveats
Atoriz is decision-support software. Market data can be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or unavailable. Users should verify property facts, legal status, construction conditions, and local requirements before relying on a decision.
