FAQ

Questions about Estimator

What is the Estimator?

The Estimator builds a scope of work, a materials list and a priced renovation estimate from a property address and photos. It is the same Estimator inside Evaluate and Complete, available on its own.

Do I need Recon?

No. You open estimates from a property address. If you also want property search and market data, Evaluate adds Recon to the Estimator.

How is it different from Scope?

Scope is for homeowners and contractors planning their own renovation. The Estimator is for investors and operators pricing a property before they buy it.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Switch to Evaluate from billing to add Recon, or to Atoriz Complete to add OPS. You pay the difference between plans.

Is there a team plan?

The Estimator is a single-seat plan. Teams buy Evaluate Business, which includes the Estimator and ten users.

Does the Estimator make investment decisions for me?

No. It organizes scope and cost so you can review the decision with better information.
