Atoriz privacy policy

This page explains how Atoriz handles account information, workspace content, billing data, product usage, and privacy choices.

Last updated: August 20, 2026.

Information we collect

Atoriz collects account and contact information, organization and user settings, product usage, support communications, and the property, project, document, photo, and workflow content users add to their workspace.

Billing data

Checkout, subscription management, and payment processing are handled through Stripe. Atoriz receives subscription, customer, invoice, and payment-status information needed to operate billing. Atoriz does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

Atoriz uses information to provide the service, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, support customers, improve reliability, protect the platform, measure usage, and communicate about accounts, products, and billing.

Workspace privacy

Customer workspace data is private to the account and authorized users. Atoriz does not share a customer's private pipeline, project records, photos, documents, or decisions with other customers.

Service providers

Atoriz uses service providers for hosting, authentication, billing, product operations, support, analytics, and similar business functions. Those providers may process information for Atoriz under their applicable service terms and security controls.

Model and data providers

Where Atoriz uses third-party data or model providers, customer content is handled according to the provider terms configured for the service and any signed customer agreement. Atoriz does not sell customer workspace content.

Retention and deletion

Atoriz keeps information while it is needed to provide the service, meet security and billing obligations, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain business records. Signed-in users can request account deletion from the account area.

Security

Atoriz uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and workspace information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep credentials private and limit workspace access to authorized people.
