Estimator

Finish your first estimate.

You started an estimate. This is the short path from there to a scope of work you can hand to someone.

  1. Reopen the property you started. Your work is saved on the property, so you pick up where you stopped.
  2. Add what you have. The Estimator works from photos, scope notes and property context. More of these means fewer assumptions to review later.
  3. Review the line items. Check rooms, quantities and finish assumptions. They are visible so you can adjust them before relying on the number.
  4. Build the scope of work. The Estimator writes the scope of work and the materials list for the property it priced.
  5. Check it against the site. Atoriz is decision support. Final cost depends on site conditions, labor, materials and code requirements.
